Registration

Standard Registration (until October 5, 2015 or until full) for the conference is $180 per registrant and may be paid by credit card. This includes Monday night dinner, the poster session, and lunches during the conference. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. After that, late registration is $280.

The conference is limited to 50 participants and registration will be closed when the conference is full. Register early to avoid missing out.

If you wish to present a poster or speak, please email a one paragraph abstract to Kathy.R.Thomas {at} UCDenver.edu  Contributed posters and speakers will be selected from the abstracts shortly after the registration deadline or when the conference becomes full. Note that the conference is limited to 50 participants. In the event that we have too many registrants, registrants will be prioritized based on acceptance of speaking or poster abstract, and then based on order of registration. If you have time-sensitive visa issues, please register early and let us know about logistical needs when you submit your abstract. We will make a limited number of early acceptance decisions to allow foreign travelers the chance to overcome visa delays.

We have a number of travel fellowships available for students and postdocs. If you are a student or postdoc, planning to speak or present a poster, and wish to be considered for a travel fellowship, please attach a short request paragraph following your abstract.

We also have diversity support funds to encourage broad representation of gender and geographical location. These funds may be requested to mitigate extra financial hardships arising from e.g., childcare needs (at home or at the conference) or foreign travel. Please write to us with a request and rationale to obtain diversity support under this program.

If you have any questions about online registration, please contact Kathy Thomas, Administrative Coordinator, Computational Bioscience Program, at Kathy.R.Thomas {at} ucdenver.edu or by phone at 303-724-3399.

Privacy Policy: Information collected for registration to this event will not be given to any third parties or used for any other purpose.

Late registration (Oct 6 and after) will be $280. Registration will be closed after Nov. 9, 2015 or when the conference is full.

Refund policy: If you cannot attend because the conference is beyond capacity but you were able to register anyway, registration fees will be returned in full. Otherwise, refunds will be given, minus a $25 handling fee, up until October 20, 2015, after which refunds cannot be provided.
